What is Kamra Cloud?
Kamra Cloud is managed hosting for the same open-source Kamra PMS you can self-host. We host, back up, update and monitor it, and include Kamra AI. There are no per-room fees and no feature gates. Implementation and annual support are quoted separately if you want them. You can export and leave any time.
How is Kamra Cloud different from self-host or Frappe Cloud?
Self-host means you run the server. Frappe Cloud means you install Kamra from their marketplace and pay Frappe for the site. Kamra Cloud means the team that builds Kamra runs hosting, backups, updates and monitoring for you — still the same AGPL software. Need the desk trained? Write to us for a go-live quote.
Does Kamra Cloud lock in my data?
No. Guest history, bookings and rates stay exportable. Because the software is open source on standard Frappe and Docker, you can move to your own server or another host whenever you like.
