Who earns what
As the partner network grows, we hand more go-lives to listed partners. Hotels can still write to us; we quote and deliver, or we introduce the listed partner in their country.

Kamra or partner
Quoted by property. Referral deals use our quote; listed partners use theirs. We do not publish a fixed price list on the site.

Updates, backups help, and a priority channel — from us or from the listed partner who supports the property.

Country routing
Listed partners get first look at hotels in their country via the directory and local landing pages.
Migrate-from pages
Hotels arrive from eZee, Cloudbeds, IDS Next and similar. You close and deliver; we keep the product shipping.
Operator WhatsApp
Invite your hotels into the operator community and co-moderate your market — open the invite.
AGPL, no rug-pull
Clients can export and leave. You are never selling a hostage product.

India
GST, GSTIN invoices, GSTR-1 — boutique, heritage and villa portfolios. On-site partners welcome outside major metros.
Indonesia
PB1 (Pajak Hotel), NPWP, Rupiah — villas and hotels from Bali to Jakarta. Priority open territory for a local certified partner.
Thailand
VAT and service charge — boutique hotels and villa portfolios. Priority open territory for a local certified partner.
Malaysia
SST-ready folios — city and resort properties. Priority open territory for a local certified partner.
UAE & Gulf
UAE VAT and wider Gulf; Red Sea markets welcome early partners. Apply to own UAE / Gulf or a Red Sea market.

3. We implement; you receive 10% of our implementation invoice (introductory).
Listed partner — three steps
1. Apply for an open country and share your Frappe/ERPNext experience.
2. Pay $49/year and appear on the partner directory.
3. Hotels in your country reach you; you quote and deliver go-live and support.

Refer deals you cannot deliver; implement deals in your country yourself. Say which path applies on each introduction so commission and delivery stay clear.
Partner economics, straight answers
Is the 10% finder’s fee on implementation only?
Yes. Introductory referral pays 10% of Kamra’s implementation invoice when you send a hotel and we deliver the go-live. Annual support (AMC) and hosting are separate customer charges and are not part of that 10% unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Can I charge the hotel more than Kamra would?
If you are a listed implementation partner, yes — you quote go-live and support yourself and keep what you charge. If you are only referring, the hotel pays Kamra’s quote; your earnings are the finder’s fee, not a markup on our invoice.
Do hotels still pay for hosting?
Yes. Software is free. Hosting is always separate: the hotel’s own VPS, Frappe Cloud, or Kamra Cloud (quoted by property). Implementation and AMC sit on top of whichever host they choose.
Can I refer some deals and implement others?
Yes. Many partners do both. Say which path applies when you introduce the hotel so we route payment and delivery correctly.
Is the software really free if I am not a partner?
Yes. Anyone can self-host or install from the Frappe Cloud Marketplace at $0 for the Kamra app. Partner listing and referral fees are optional commercial paths, not a licence fee. Hotels that want us to implement write to us for a quote.
