Our promise, in public

The Kamra Open Pledge

Open-source companies are judged by what they do when money gets tight. So we wrote our promises down before that day comes. Hold us to them.

  1. Open stays open.Every feature that is open source today stays open source.
  2. No per-room pricing. Ever.We will never charge per room, per user or per property for the software.
  3. Your data leaves free.Export everything, any time, with no fee and no ticket to raise.
  4. The doors stay open. The API, webhooks and MCP tools stay free, with no interface fee.
  5. Enterprise only adds.An enterprise edition, when it comes, adds to open-source Kamra and never takes a feature away.

Kamra is licensed AGPL-3.0. Even if we broke this pledge, the open code would stay open, and anyone could carry it on. The pledge is the promise; the licence is the guarantee.
