Kamra PMS is open-source property management software for hotels and vacation rentals. It is published by Koala AI Solutions Private Limited (HeyKoala), under AGPL-3.0.
What we ship
Front desk, folios and country tax packs, restaurant POS and kitchen, housekeeping, commission-free direct booking, short-term rental catalogs, and a governed MCP tool layer for AI agents. Every feature is in every install. There are no per-room fees and no feature gates.
How you run it
Self-host free on your own server (Docker or bench), or install from the Frappe Cloud Marketplace. Optional paid work is implementation and annual support on a fixed quote, on the host you choose. We do not sell hosting plans or meter rooms.
Current release
Kamra 2.6.17 (20 October 2026) adds company credit control, kitchen printers, go-live CSV import, and outbound integrations, and catches up End of Day night audit, Request to Book, pet charges, and deposits since 2.6.5. Read the announcement.
