Does it handle the 10% service charge?
Yes, as a folio charge line, itself VATable, exactly how Thai hotels present it. The pack keeps VAT and service charge separate on the invoice.
What about e-Tax Invoice?
The invoice carries your Tax ID and the required labels today; ETDA e-Tax Invoice filing is planned as a connected service: the export is free, the licensed filing pipe is the service.
Is anything locked behind a paid plan?
No. Every feature, including the Thailand tax pack, is open source and free. You pay for a server, or Kamra Cloud if we host. Implementation and annual support are quoted for your property — write to us.
