Is anything locked behind a paid plan?
No. Every feature in Kamra is open source and included in self-host, Frappe Cloud Marketplace installs, and Kamra Cloud. Cloud and connected services add hosting, support and third-party licensing costs — services, not feature gates.
Why don't you charge per room?
Adding rooms does not make software cost more. Per-room pricing is a tax on growth. Hosting scales with the server your property needs.
What does go-live cost?

Can I self-host a hotel PMS in India with GST?
