Is the PB1 rate fixed at 10%?
No. 10% is the default, and a region with a different PBJT rate just types its number on the room type. Service charge is posted as a normal folio line, the way Indonesian hotels bill it.
Can our staff use it in Bahasa Indonesia?
The interface language system is built in and a Bahasa Indonesia dictionary is on the roadmap. Tell us in the form if you'd like it sooner and we'll prioritise it.
We are on Cloudbeds or eZee. Why switch?
