A season rate now applies to the room type it names, so one weekend season no longer prices every room.

What's in 2.6.3
- Season rates follow the room type. A season applies to the room type it names. Before this fix, one weekend season could price every room type on the property.
- The closer rate wins. When a room-type season and a house-wide season both match, the room-type season is used.
- Saving a rate stays on that room type. A rate change stores the room type, so it does not reprice the rest of the property.
