In 2.6.17

• Company credit control. Payment terms and due-date aging on corporate accounts. Booking and check-out warn or block when a company is over limit; Finance (or Hotel Admin) can override with a logged reason. Agents cannot.
• Kitchen printers. Route KOTs by outlet and station. Auto-accept and print is an F&B setting. Faster send and a live kitchen display.
• Go-live import. CSV templates for companies and opening balances, preview before write, then reconcile before you switch from the old system.
• Integrations. Outbound webhooks, an external POS room-charge API, and a door-lock adapter interface. Docs cover the contracts.
• Self-host deploy. Prebuilt image pull, a :stable tag, and a quickstart compose path for new installs.

• End of Day (2.6.15). An Opera-style night-audit wizard in Finance (also linked from Front Desk): open tills, unsettled bills, pending arrivals and departures, then a saved printable audit pack. A Night Auditor role for the overnight shift.
• Request to Book and rate lock (2.6.14). An inbox on Today to accept or decline guest requests. Confirmed nightly rates are locked at booking; date or room-type changes show the new price before save. Per-property no-show policy.
• Security deposits and day-use (2.6.14). Collect, waive, withhold for damage, and refund through the till. Hourly day-use from the booking screen. Printable QR codes for tables and rooms. City-ledger company payments, oldest bills first.
• Pet charge and extra guests (2.6.16). Allow pets and charge per pet, per stay or per night. Guests above capacity post as their own Extra Guests line.
• Deposits before arrival and GRC (2.6.6). Take a deposit at booking or any time before check-in, including a payment link. Change room from the reservation and the GRC. Registration checklist and a printed card with e-signature.
• Privacy and India pack (2.6.9). Message retention, children on the register, AI tool results redact guest contact. Razorpay and Cashfree stay behind the India country pack.

Upgrade notes

Run bench migrate after updating. Existing data is kept. If you self-host from GitHub Container Registry, you can pull the :stable tag. Upgrade through 2.6.8 if you are older than that: Guest access on Frappe REST and Desk was tightened in a security advisory.
